- Review of insurance claim files for accuracy via Xactimate (ver 25 to X1, Xactanalysis, Filetrac) in order to verify a fair settlement
- Preparation of underwriting reports in GISA, LC360, Aspen
- Construction and facilitation of Adjuster presentations for new and experienced Adjusters
- Instructional videos on the ins and outs of adjusting to prepare the next generation of appraisers to be better than the last in a quickly evolving industry
